I dont think they review these people on there pet knowledge? There probably just lucky people want to work there. You might as well talk to a wall if they want to argue with you.

Aside from the employee I was talking about earlier, IMO Petsmart has some of the most knowledgeable people working there, well compared to Petco, etc. I mean, what do you expect, a Steve Irwin? The economy is in shambles, and chain stores do not have the luxury of spending massive funds to ensure that they have knowledgeable associates.

Most of them, if they know that fish live in water, is ample knowledge to land a job. But don't even get me started about Murder Mart.
