Why should you sue the donor, it does not make sense. It is like suing me for giving you a dollar, then while crossing the street to buy something with the dollar you get hit by a car. If anything sue the hospital for not running proper tests.

People will sue for anything these days. It's a little surprising though and I doubt she'll get anything out of it, especially from Petsmart. Out of my experience they've usually been pretty knowledgeable and professional when it comes to pets - as compared to the other pet stores anyway.

THey cant sue the donor for anything cuz it was a donation.... They could sell the doctor but doctors can get away with anything cuz "they cant predict everything". That is why you always hear bout people getting too much medicie or the wrong type or something stupid like that.
