THey cant sue the donor for anything cuz it was a donation.... They could sell the doctor but doctors can get away with anything cuz "they cant predict everything". That is why you always hear bout people getting too much medicie or the wrong type or something stupid like that.




Hmm, like you are all knowing and can predict everything. Glad you are perfect and God no longer needs any help. Physcians are not perfect and they do not get away with everyhing. Try stepping in their shoes and see how difficult it really is before you make a statement like that.

This is the fault of the medical group in charge. They could test and find out what he died of, but couldn't test and find it before the transplant? This is a prime example of why medical insurance in this country is getting so far out of reach.....

Shouldn't they test the donor or at least their organs for disease before transplanting them into another person? The medical facility is at fault IMO.
