So your saying you don't agree they should have just realized the big picture and called their manager?
Would this glad their doing their job also extend to them telling people a Pacu is okay in a 30 gallon tank, as it says in their cards? or that a school of bala's can live in a 30 gallon tank but need a 55 gallon? There is a huge difference between doing your job, meaning your read a,b,c in a book and you only do a,b,c; and being a good employee by being flexible. I am not upset at this employee and I have a good experience at Petsmart, what I am saying is that they could have made it easier.
