petsmart rant and stocking question?

Not that i'm one to complain about overstocked tanks (kinda guilty of this myself), but that does look REALLY overstocked.

That is My Entire stock list folks.. That particular day. I added

5 small bristlenose
1 tiretrack eel
1 small clown knife
1 GT
1 JD

all the others in the list where there previously

Yes, I read your original post. I am still saying that those 9 alone are a lot to be adding all at once not to mention you said you also had added 3 tinfoils. That's a lot.

5 BN Pleco's in a 220? Pretty soon you won't need gravel or sand. Your substrate will be pure Pleco sh**

Just a quick question what produces more wast 9 fish 1.5" tops or 1 14" cichlid...

I hate to see your tank maintinence scheduale i run a syphon with a filter sock on the end of it back into my sump for cleaning the substrate then the weekly 15% water change so far its clear And i'm testing for a mini cycle there hasnt been a milky bloom yet so im hoping it will be good the GPH flow in this tank is quite alot

Having high GPH has nothing to do with biological capacity. An efficient bio filter would actually have low GPH so the dissolved metabolites are in contact with the filter longer.
