I may have jumped the gun with the thread and those rose queens, but I have seen some pretty dark purplish ones before that looked natural.

I meant dark pink with hues of purple =D They look legit to me (might be dyed) but I still think the rose queen is suppose to look more purple pink or deep orange, rather than dull orange =D I think people are confusing these with those more orange based ones...maybe something misnamed? Same fish different color variation?


Found this guy's video...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FXd4o8vYgG8....has a very deep orange, purple....to me some of these other one's do look like rose queens, but lack the same color variation.

If I'm not mistaken the very first rose queens were similar to the red shock coloration.

It's probably from the dyeing process.
