i was in my local petsmart picking up a new test kit and i noticed a few notices on a few of there tanks,,,i went over to have a look and they were notices that the fish in the tanks with posts on them were not for sale due to a recent outbreak of ich. I asked what had happened and they told me about a week and a half ago they noticed a few fish showing signs of ich and they put a 2 week hold on the fish.
responsible if you ask me. glad to see they at least knew what ich was and that they shouldnt be selling there fish if there sick

I would hope that I shop at Petsmart seeing as I work there....That said I don't get all my fish at Petsmart 50% right now and that'll decrease to about 30%, My massivore, Pantodon and Other Bichir complex's I get at an LFS....For all Chains it's Hit and Miss, don't stereotype before you go or that's all you'll see
my petsmart is responsible but most of the employees dont know much... still, theyve got lots of fish and most are healthy, even though theyve got no monsters or exotics.
The only thing that I think I would buy at Petsmart is some fish food, some chemicals, and maybe a snail.

I haven't really had too much trouble recently at petsmart, granted all I purchased was a couple plecos but still. My only complaint is the lack of knowledge present in some (key phrase some not all) of the employees
