wow everyone needs to just back off. I mean who cares!? Just because you guys say he doesn't really enjoy being pet probably doesn't mean he is going to stop doing it. It's not hurting the gar obviously. If he really didn't like it that much he would be thrashing and not just sitting inside his hand.

Spatula certainly does not need a Net nanny to follow him around defending him.. He knows the rules and the territory that he is treading water in. He knows that there are a few that will question him or anyone else that posts similar themed threads.
At least from me (I do not know about others) I know he knows very well where I'm coming from as we have had this conversation for some time in different places and at different times. He knows I'm not hostile to him and knows that I can respect him but still disagree with him.
