Quarantine Tank
I recently read that one should always try and pet their aro and get it used to human touch for the reasons of making it less skiddish and for easier water changes. Obviously when I say "pet" I mean simply letting it glide under your hand as it swims by during feedings etc.

I was thinking about starting this up with my silver aro. The petshop owner here in town is able to touch his 3.5 foot silver aro, which I guess would make for an easier water change considering the size of this montser.

Anybody here do this??? Comments???

Of course you don't want your aro from hurting itself from jumping when you walk to the front of the tank or doing a water change. But i think taming has to take place when the aro is young around 6-8 inches.

My guy would rather bite me :(
