PH question and EBJD breeding

I first look at the gill plates. If it got a full blue beard, It's a female
Then the dorsal and anal fins, Longer pointier fins, Usually male.
If all else fails, I vent them. male = O female = O

Alright...so I removed the definite male I had added. But I'm still not 100% convinced that the other one isn't a female. Seems to have the full beard, but does also seem to have very long dorsal and anal fins. Here's another pic from a little different angle.

Okay good! Now...since she's obviously one manly bgjd, and most likely a lesbian fish if she's not into my handsome male(please no offense anyone). It's just a matter of converting her or at least making her a switch hitter!
