Thanks all.

Yea, I was worried about the Flagtail but he's no threat unless he changes his craving for plants in the future. The only ones nipping on them were the parrots, thus they have to go.

I've always likes planted tanks and have always wanted to aquascape my tank to look natural. I've always been distracted with wanting to buy the new fish that's available. I'm pretty much done with the craving for new fish so I'm focusing on setting up and finishing my tank to what I had wanted it to look like from the beginning.

My selection of plants are "LOW" lit plants so I would assume not too much maintenance is required.

Looking good big dogg.

Did you ever check out that plant store in SM? How about the aquarium in Culver City (where they sell large pots of Anubias for about 60.00ea)??

Sup bro, yea checked out the store in Santa Monica and I actually bought two pieces that was set up in the tank right when you walk in, right side.

However, I'm kinda pissed off. I need to call him today. I picked up the pieces yesterday and what drew me to one of the Driftwood was the amount of Fern growing on the branches. It was nice and thick and over hanging. Well he asked me to call him before I come so he can have them ready, which I did. When I got there he had them wrapped in plastic bags so I was in a hurry to get them home being that I'm an hour away. Freakin when I got home and took the one piece out of the bag I noticed it was flat and not so lush, I figured it's because its compressed being out of the water. Well when I put the driftwood in the tank the freakin Fern looked like it was replaced or trimmed off excessively. Rather than being a lush, established piece it looks like the Fern was just freshly attached... Reason I bought it was because it was already established. So, yea kinda pissed because it's not what I paid for.

seriously-your tank and fish are on the top of the list from tanks i have seen in the past 25 years or so.the fish are vibrant with colors and so healthy looking! The decor is amazing.awesome stuff:WHOA:
