Well I'm redoing my whole tank as far as decor and fish selection. Primarily just keeping my PBASS and will be re-doing my filtration because there are bits & pieces that I overlooked when I first had set it up.

I finished the right side of the tank today by adding some ferns, anubias and moss and such on the driftwood. I'm looking to fill a section with moss balls to cover an area in my tank.

Looking to do the left side soon. The middle will be bare for swimming space for the PBASS. Looking to add sand again just in the middle portion for a soft look. It's a pain in the arse but I like the look of those planted tanks with like a river trail made of the sand in the middle. Anyways here are a few pix's.
Stunning

Very impressive! One of the nicest I have seen.

Beautiful. What is the bass with all the tiny spots? And the one with 3 large spots. Is that an orinoco?
tiny spots is pinima
gold rings with 3 spots is orino

Looks great mate.

But I want to know how you manage to put your hands in there to plant the tank without getting it taken off.

From my experience with groups of pbass....any foreign object that enters the water is considered food. It must be a lot of fun.

Is Indian fern a low lit plant?

Naw, the bass leaves the plants alone and nothing ever usually hits the bottom when I feed the bass.

When I feed live as a treat I throw in 1 or 2 at a time so they don't chase it everywhere.

I have few that will try because they are curious. But once my hand is in their they are pretty curious and brush up on my hand. The friendliest is the Intermedia. It will actually let me rub it's side as it swims past. Very curious one out the bunch.
