Well, there no need to photoshop, for the most part blue base arowana already exist, it's just Asian folks love blue base golden than blue base red but red still exist, see pictures below

And maybe there is a way to make a real aro look like that...the pic of the blue base red aro Yuki Rihwa posted seems like the closest we could get in real life!
