Nice Cardinals. I actually used 100 Cardinals in a 240 gallon tank to cycle it. Same effect. I looked like hardly any fish.

Aside from Cropping (before mentioned) I think that the white wall behind it is a bit reflexive and draws away form your nice tank and colorful fish.
You could try putting a dark (black or blue) background behind it and try some shots that way.
A tripod or (something used as a tripod) might help too.

Just some thoughts.
