yes for multiple species yes, but for a single fish a 210 should be fine unless he wants this to grow to its wild size or near it then a huge tank/pond will do

mature around 18-22" i suppose
and can easily reach over 30" in captivity probably with a good tank i would say around 36" maybe more in the right tank

If they're illegal in MI and well all of the U.S. then even if he tells you where he got his in Canada then it won't really help.. will it..
