Pic posting rules discussion thread

Me too.....Not trying to run the asylum but my pics are important to me and I gets NO love in the photo lounge. I'm not Neo, or D-mac, or M[L, or anyone else who is uber popular on here. In the C/A-S/A forum, I feel Wanted/needed/appreciated/welcome for crying out loud...PLEASE let us post pics the way we have been.

Most peeps don't give a rip about the stuff I post, at least in the specific forums, I get a few more replies! LOL!

Each forum and subforum now has a sticky for pics. Discussion is allowed there. We are discussing further improvements, will update.

Ewurm, please help us. The STICKY thing does not work.

This is not an ultimatum on my part. I spend alot of time taking and posting pics. If I feel that it is not worth the effort, then why not direct my efforts toward that which is more rewarding.

I don't post pictures of my fish any more. No one ever really comments on them, either your in the 'cool' group and people flock to your threads, or you're not. So it really doesn't matter...lol. One thing though, if you do do a Photo Lounge for each forum...lol...it will take the fun outa 'GUESS WHATS IN THE BOX'......POOR LI!! DO IT!!!

An idea has been posted in the staff lounge and is being voted on. If it is decided it may be worthwhile, we will put the idea up for a vote to see it's popularity on the forum. Don't worry, we want to find an amicable solution for all. BTW, coding new data onto the forum takes time and money, so a solution will not happen overnight.

just use the photo lounge to post pics of your fish unless your asking a question/seeking info pertaining to the photos you post. the only reason people even post photos and arent seeking info about those photos just wants somebody to say " oh wow nice fish, etc.." and sometimes thats nice to hear but it certainly doesnt deserve its own section. those "make me feel good" photos belong in a lounge.

The CA/SA cichlid section has really slowed down and become a bit boring since this has started being enforced. What's wrong with feeling good about our fish with other enthusiasts of the same?
