great looking bichirs! esp. the long fin!

Thanks! One of the interesting things about the long fins is that there is variety amongst themselves. Both of mine appear male because of their thick anal fins, however, one of them has a curving anal fin, resembling a male in permanant spawning mode, and the other has a very straight rigid fin.

I thought about that after JESToner posted a pic recently of a plat longfin, but from the looks of it, all three are male. I'll try to get some clear anal fin shots later.
