thanks - nah not a big deal now that I think (thanks for the help all) it's just little nick.

No salt in there right now so nothing to bump it up to. I'll just keep up on regular routine of water changes and stop worrying about him for now

don't want to use this unless it's necessary - Melafix ? Any possible downsides ?

For skin scrapes and other damage, I think Melafix is the best thing on earth.
