Great catch according to your avatar you live right behind me thus I imagine your fishing lake is within driving distance from here lol.

The PB are now biting due to temps back in 80s . I go to PB lake and when its cold (water temp 70s) they look like they are in suspended animation and dont eat. They truly are the sun lizards of the fish world.

I have seen them feisty lately. Thats a big bass .

Thanks, it's a private pond on a golf course... stocked with a ton of huge bass for good fishing.

Private ponds are the best . The golf course by me has pond and grounds keeper has asked me to "stock" it with platys-swordtails.

Thus the ton of fry I get in my "pond" (60 gallon pvc molded) I deposit in there. Its a land locked pond so fish cant make it into native waters.

No bass no big fish but most are eaten by heroin birds though many live and look great. . If you ever want to go fishing for "big game" swordtails send me a PM :screwy:.
