I don't have a pic but I used white plastic needlepoint mesh and siliconed it inside some pvc trim designed for a screen door. I siliconed the mesh with the 3 trim pieces into a 29g

here is mine with fluval suction cups and i have these different kinds of divider holders.. most of the ones in the market uses the suction cup's nipple to hold the holder but not the ones i have.. i double my egg creates since i didn't want to waste a full size egg creat at the time so the one i have inside my 300 gal is double from 2 pieces of egg create and tied together by ty raps... guess pictures are worth a thousand words.. i have this setup for 4 years without any problem used to have it in the 180gal now 300 same...300 i used total of 5 divider holders.. of course you have to use the 5th one on the bottom glass so the male can't push the egg create out of location..

I don't got rays but I have a divider setup in my tank for some foot long pleco's who I didn't want fighting. I used some suction cups dividers like the ones soupa2 posted. Mine look a little different but same concept. I got mine from a vendor on ebay and I must say the ones I have got some good suction. I had to remove the divider and it took allot of force to get those suckers to slide. Highly doubt a ray would be able to push a acrylic divider with these. Just thought I'd share that. By the way awesome Rays you all got there wish I could own rays =(
