pics of tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
you are heavily overstocked.

fish never stop growing.

that 55 isn't big enough for any of those fish for life even if they were kept singularly.

it's cruel to keep em in a tank that small. sure you've heard this before but that's like keeping a german shepherd in a crate for it's life.

on a positive note. it's good that you are over filtered otherwise your fish would be floating upside down however that does not make up for the fact that the fish don't have enough room.

also your fish do look healthy and the tank clean so two thumbs up but you definately need to upgrade or sell some fish

The term animal abuse comes to mind.

And the fact that you are bragging about these abusive conditions you are subjecting these fish too tells me what kind of person you are.

You are either ignorant beyond repair, combined with too irresponsible to learn the needs of your pets or you are a cruel, cruel person.

There is NOTHING to brag about in those pictures. It is shamefull what you are doing.

hey give the kid a break,im sure most kids wouldnt even know how to keep it clean and the fish healthy. all he needs is a bit of good advice on what fish to get instead of these huge fish. if he were an adult then have a good rip into him.

Holy cow man, ease up on the kid. It is okay to make some mistakes and then learn from them to become a more responsible fish keeper. Back to topic, you have some healthy looking fish, but you will definitely need to thin your stock for that tank. Maybe if you sell the gar, pacu, and a few other monsters in that tank and then use that money to upgrade.

Everyone should go easy on him so he can learn but before he thinks about upgrading he should stop bringing fish home that he caught. Small fish are fine, but a gar in a 55?
