Its up to u whether to keep the pig, but u have to be careful of the polyresin decor (tree roots). i used to have a 12in endli & 10in del but they died 2~3 days later after i add the decor which looks exactly the same as urs. my other fishs (10in oscar & 4in rainbow shark) were not affected.
id lose the pig and the background and add some claypots or something along the more natural side IMO but thats just its up to you

Why not put a plastic diver or shark in there to go with the look .

Mayalasian Driftwood will work fine just as long as you soak it for a week or two. So you can minimize the amount of tannins released in the water. Will change water color a little but nothing water changes cannot fix. That is all I use in my tank with polys.
Malaysian driftwood will leach a lot. Like BichirAddict said, soak it for a few weeks to reduce the amount of tannins that will leach in you tank (it will continue to leach for months just not as much)...and lose the pig.
