pots are good to go of course rinse them boil em whatever but my water is crystal clear with the pots in there

i also like lace rock because the way the broken pieces can really form some nice caveature ( and yes its my new word)
no prob but when it comes to it do what suits you mostly every thing i do for my tank is in expensive not that im cheap but moneys a big issue but i do love fish keeping i make whats useable used clay pots in my tank very cheap i crak some in half break some to pieces and use some whole. sand 40 lbs of play sand from home depot like i said 5 bucks do what YOU want and you wont be dissappointed ........................................................................BUT LOSE THE PIG lol
