Be serious. The RTC is probably dust by now. It wouldn't of lived for much longer, it would died, then put in the trash, put in a land fill and just left to rot.

And just for the record, South East Asia is the prime place for ponds! How could you think that they were illegal or prohibited?

I think what he meant was, not many Singaporeans have the opportunity of having a garden to build a pond. Most of them live in apartments.

BUT, a 1' RTC in a 2' tank is still cruel. Just like the 1' Giant Gourami in the 1.5' tank I saw at the LFS yesterday.

I'm just afraid that Gourami will smash the very thin tank someday and end it's life.

Hey Evilfish... dun try to act pro. I just keep my fish the way i want. I think it is better in a 2ft tank so that i can see it eat. Once bigger i will put in a bigger tank for sure. I have 1 '4ft tank' , 1 '3ft tank' , 2 ' 2ft tank' and i am thinking of making a 5 or 6feet. If you know where is Singapore. I dun think i can have a pond. And put in pond i cant see my fish. Think...

he is beautiful..

i didn't say he was nice. i said i wish i could day that he is, but i can't. i too am asian. however i cannot say that we are less compassionate. in every race, culture or country there is always that portion of people who have no compassion for animals. true, us asians have a vast number of black sheep. but so do other races.

in this case, i do not think he was intentionally being cruel. but as a result of his selfishness, arrogance and ignorance, the fish ended up being treated cruelly.

we've all done stupid things with our fish. if you say you haven't then you're a noob, and come back after you have some experience. haters
