Then maybe KKP but it would need some type Amphilophus in order to fade.

It would take many years to breed a fish like that
 
Id think this one was linebred a few generations but its original cichlid parents probably consisted of synspilum (aka red headed cichlid so yeah they grow big heads) and midas. Usually that mix gets you rose queen but I think this one may have been breed with those fry for a few gnerations.
