It's probably treated with god knows what to keep mold away, that and have you ever cleaned it?

Go to a craft store and get 100% hypoallergenic pillow stuffing. It's dirt cheap, safe, and it's a TON of filter floss.

I would be worried about what it would be treated with chemically. I would just use the regular cotton batting its cheap and it works well!

Poly-fil Fiberfill is all i could find at joanns. Where do you get cotton batting?
