Does 100% polyester mean that there aren't any chemicals added?

Btw, does anyone think this smilee:drool: looks kinda like a guy with rabies? it looks like he's foaming at the mouth.

Ive been using the poly quilt batting from walmart in my filters no problems and cheap as dirt
 
why would anybody pay 70$ for ten pounds of polyfiber from petsolutions when u can get ten pounds of the same thing from a craft or dollar store for bout ten bucks?!:hitting:

Did you clean the sand? I know it's a dumb question.
 
ok well im testing it out on 3 minnows. I put a handful of this stuff in 16 ounces of water and added 3 baby minnows about 10 hours ago. So far, they seem to be acting normally. How long should i test it before i can be sure its safe?
