I would leave them with their parents for a few weeks, they will take great care of them. After a few days, begin feeding them. I use Hikari First Bites. Buy a turkey baster. Get a small cup, fill it with water from your tank, put the food in. (You can also use baby brine shrimp) Let it settle for 5-10 minutes in the cup. Then get the baster and siphon it up, then spit it out on top of the fry. This is known as target feeding. Before I found about about this method, I just threw in a pinch of first bites, and since the fry were not able to swim to the top, alot went to waste or my dithers ate it. The package says to feed 4x a day, but if you intend on keeping them with their parents, feed alot less. The male will plunge himself in the substrate and stir up all kinds of uneaten food for the fry. Plus the female will take food and return to the fry when you feed the parents and crush it up and spit it out for them.
