I'm assuming that you meant next spawn? Well that depends on what happened to the eggs. If the eggs were just moved, it could be quite some time. If the eggs were eaten, expect the pair to spawn again fairly soon, if not right away.
Yea gar man's right, give them a few times. But they probably feel cramped inside that 10 gallon divided in half, so essentially it's a 5 gallon. It's a possible defensive mechanism. If you can, get them something a bit bigger, then I guarantee they will successfully spawn.

I was lucky enough to get a breeding pair, well lucky isn't the word I should use, lol. They've bred twice now, but they ate the 2nd fry, mostly because i left about 10 of the 1st fry in there to ward off the breeding. Didn't work, but did keep me from having more babies
