Thats cool:) My LFS has one in with a couple of fw eels, fw baracudas, a payara, and a few fancy plecos. It has been tempting to buy it:D It's really cool It will let you pick it up and is generally un afraid of anything.

Thanks everybody pics up this weekend. They are huge bigger than my hand. The first night they all gulped down silversides. They make some noise though this clicking sound kinda funny but disturbing my girl!
Any body think a 6 inch pipa pipa frog can eat a 12 inch black ghost knife? After they gulped down the silversides and used there claws to push them in i started to get worried, they are fierce! Also i might just keep them in theere own tank since they are very messy eaters. I have been looking for them for a long time and happy to get them thnaks for all the info guys

Can anybody help me set this tank up where they will be very happy. I have 3 ac70's packed with substrate on a 60 gallon now with lots of plastic vines covering the tank. I have kept the water level a few inches from the top and the tank has a thin layer of gravel.
I am thinking to get sand on one side for them to bury them selves. And should i have some driftwood coming up to the top. I see one of them just resting against the filter tube close to the surface. Is that too much water moving for them. I searched alot on them put could not find the best way to set up there tank thanks in advance

I typed "pipa pipa aquarium setup" and here's the 1st resource that came up:

Requirements: These aquatic Frogs are rather large and require a large aquarium. A 20-gallon tank would be adequate for 2 adults. They require a totally aquatic set-up with a substrate of gravel or sand. Furnishings such as large pebbles and rocks can be arranged to provide a number of hiding places. The water should be clean de-chlorinated or spring water at a depth of 30 - 45cm. The water will need to be filtered using a submersible power filter or external canister filter to avoid the build up of ammonia and bacteria in the water, and partial water changes should be carried out at regular intervals. It is also a good idea to lightly oxygenate the water with the use of a small air-stone. They require a water temperature of 24-26°C, and a low wattage fluorescent tube should be used as a light source.

Feeding: Juvenile Pipa should be fed daily with a mixture of suitably sized insects including tubifex, whiteworm and chopped earthworm. Adult Pipa should be fed three times a week with a mixture of earthworms, slugs, maggots, small fish, and chunks of raw meat.

Thanks Oddball your the best! I will start searches on google like that i always just search for one or two words.
Looks like they are happy, everybody ate silversides, everybody is clicking, its like living in the jungle waiting to surf the next day lots of noise! Nitrates went up in 2 days from less than 5 to 15.
They are all hanging in the vines one has his head slightly above the water. I am thinking they can easyily jump out of the tank so i have it better secured. 1 huge mollie is still living which makes me think they are not totally comfortable, i hope the 3 filters is not beating them around it does not seem to effect them!

I want to add a rhapiel cat to help with clean up, i cant believe how messy they are compared to fish in general! These guys are worse than my big red tail was hahaha! will the rhapiel catfish be fine or will the pipa frog try to eat him and get hurt!

Theres just something special about the pipa frogs, i think its about them being aquatic and from the amazon and there huge mouths always smiling at you and to watch them eat is amazing!
