And another reason to prohibit the keeping of potentially invasive species.

A couple years ago some cought a black rhom in one of our local lakes, it was about 15in, and last year somebody cought a pacu in the same lake.

A room mate of mine in college caught a VERY large Pacu out of a lake surrounded by apartments. It was the biggest one i've seen. We called the F&G and they said "it's probably a crappie"

LOL

I just saw that. In Michigan? What's the water temperature in a lake in the winter?

People have also caught snakeheads and asian carp here in CO, and when I was fishing at some ponds by my house some people told me they releashed oscars into it. Idiots.
The water gets too cold in CO during the winter for tropical fish to live though.
