Piranha caught in CO

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Ive seen koi and goldfish in a few ponds around here. If they reproduce, I think most of the offspring will be eaten because of their bright color.

Alot of places would only have one species of fish, or none, without stocking. I agree that many species should not have been introduced, but many can help, or at least be nuetral, in places where they are stocked.

Yea but its best just to leave them alone introductions of non-native fish by the gov has led to extinction of many species in the great lakes. Ever heard of a blue pike.... GONE.

I guess from what i heard people might have put some in lakes in canada but as far as everyone knows the blue pike is gone. By the way what a stupid name it isnt even a pike its a walleye. anyway scientists have studied the ones caught recently and believe its just a mutation of a normal walleye but who knows yet. There might be a few.
