Huh?

Hello:
Yeah, that one in the picture is the real McCoy. Still. one pond and three fish do not an epidemic make. The extreme cold of the last several weeks will eliminate quite a few fish. It's called control by Mother Nature.
Have a Great Day!!!

Yet there will be always idiots roaming around, dumping illegal fish into waterways. This is not first time and neither it will be last time.

Theres a spot in SW Miami Dade that I used to frequent as a fishing spot. The last few times I was there I caught a few RBP's. When I say a few...I mean about half or dozen or so....8" or so... I can only assume there were more. This was 1 1/2 yrs ago.

On the bright side, Its a shallow canal, meaning if there were more they probably perished with the recent cold snap. Havent been there in months though. If they bred and spread though.... :(

They are already here you could go back to a pond where no one is around here and catch some. It's only a matter of time before there are huge breeding shoals of them in lakes, why prohibit them if they are already here?

They are prohibited so they can't be released in different spots all over in Florida.....but I think most of piranhas are already croaked from the poisoning and the cold snap.
