well my daughter got some Hanna Montana pj's for Christmas and there was a broking sewing needle in it that we didn't see so when she woke up this morning she said he arm hurt so we looked at her are and it was bloody and full of scratches and cuts im so pissed about it now shes afraid to wear shirts cause she thinks they will hurt her (shes 3) should i email Disney since its made by them and tell them what happened i have the needle still and i took pics of her arm and of the needle

Sorry to hear, Hope she's ok.
You can make a great deal of off of this. Set aside a nice little college fund for her.
Dont email Disney. They;ll just give you free year passes or some stupid crap.
Get a lawyer and have them contact Disney. They will most likely make a settlement out of court.
And if not, go to the local news. Have it blown up.

ouch...luckily, my yoda pajamas are handmade. :)

Wow seriously, you could get a college fund and some money to play with. Contact a lawyer and you know they will settle out of court. I hope youre little girl is okay

No they will care, Definitly Hannha Montana is huge and they dont want to lose sales, people are greedy. My grandmother one time opened a box of beer and a bottle exploded in her face and she had to get stitches, well.... she called Labbats and they said that they would send her 200 in gift certifcates for her trouble.
SHe was going to take it untill all her children said heck no call a lawyer well in turned out they settled out of court for 132,000 all for 5 stitches! And thats Canada where its alot harder to sue!

do you really think they would really care that much ?? i mean they will probaly just dismiss it like nothing happened

If the clothing was made by disney and it did not have a disclaimer on it saying, "watch out for needles", then they will care. They'll care about it blowing up in their face. Take your daughter to the doctor and have him look over it. Give a tetnis shot or whatever. Get it on paper.
