Who cares if it's a scratch. It could have been worse. Plus he said his 3 year old daughter is afraid to wear shirts now. No kid should be afraid to wear a t shirt.

You can make a great deal of off of this. Set aside a nice little college fund for her.
Dont email Disney. They;ll just give you free year passes or some stupid crap.
Get a lawyer and have them contact Disney. They will most likely make a settlement out of court
And if not, go to the local news. Have it blown up.
