awesome can't wait to see him! I might change my signature on planet catfish, water wolves, and aquatic predators later, but the people on planet catfish kinda piss me off. They think that no one is capable of keeping catfish larger than two foot unless they are rich! Not sure i will post there anymore, probably will just kinda t'd off at them right now!
 
There is nothing wrong with being a catfish-aholic I'm a proud member as well, very envious of the planiceps bro, hopefully before long I should have one also, good luck with it and take a ton of pics preferably some side shots if possible at any point ~Trent

sweet! kinda difficult to get a side shot right now in the 100 gal pond! when he is eventually moved to the 350 gal pond it will be much easier, there is jus not enough width compared to the depth to get a side shot on him in the smaller pond!
 
sweet! you got plenty of future snacks in there with him too! lol. There's 3 goldfish in with mine from 4" to 8" Might be a while before he can eat that biggest one! i think that I can confirm mine ate something finally! there was 4 goldfish and 3 minnows in there with him the other day, and today when I checked there was only 3 goldfish and no minnows. I did find the missing goldfish and 1 minnow on the floor, but none of the other minnows were to be found! Only answer I can come up with the planiceps ate them! I know I am still gonna worry til I actually see him eat something though LOL!

mine eat shrimp pellets too he has a little fat belly you can see a little lump from where he ate
