Fish landed-I-12, Dennis-2
Work is slow so instead of stressing Dennis and I went out to Gropps for eight hours. I dont know if it was the drastic drop in the air temp but the bass and CP werent active at all. I did find a cove that had crappie seating down on the bottom in 15ft of water. I was able to land 10 of them and a little bass on the "jiggy jig". In that same spot D got a small bass and before we gave up for the day I banged a 14 incher by just letting the chatter bait fall to the bottom in about 14ft of water, and Dennis got a 2.8 on the "spinny right on the bank by the bridge.
PS-I kept three crappie that were in the 10" mark.....
SUPER slow day but ha beats a shunk !!!!
