oh ok...cool but im still pretty confused on how to attach it to a filter...im going to go with a 55 gallon wet/dry and maybe some bucket DIY filters

All you have to do is make the tube that comes out of the CO2 generator go into the intake of the filter. My filter has slots where it draws water in, and I just stuck the tube in there and the filter does the rest and turns it into a CO2 mist. Here's a picture. pardon the scratched glass. The other stuff obscuring the view is the CO2 mist, the POV of the pic is right at the outflow of the filter.
