I hear about people who keep them with rays, but not much experiences can be found on the net. Catfishguy is the first who posts and has had them. Your rays are relatively small catfishguy, how big is you tank ?

i've seen an article in PFK about a guy with a 1000 gallon tank and he had a lince cat around 18" with some adult rays and other fish so can be done
I would think that competition for food, bioload from the competition, and maximum size would all be a bit of an issue as the combination progresses... Also pretty active cat, might stress juvie rays but big rays should do fine, especially the larger the tank. I have seen Pacus and Pangasius with Rays, and I would say this is a similar combo.
