I would start with figuring out why your water readings are showing ammonia, is there anything you could have done to kill off some of your BB. Was the water test done before or right after water change, because prime will give a false positive for ammonia. I don't think you need to isolate him from what I saw.
The only exceptable ammonia reading is zero 
Like said prime can throw off results, i usually leave tests untill the next day from a WC. I do this to give the tank time to also settle its parameters. As for your benga it honestly looks fine man, just a little pale in the face. Has he been replaced in the dominant hierarchy that is your cichlid group? Have you females or other male cichlids of this species in the same tank?? if not add some, he more than likely just needs some motivation

Looks normal to me too. Has he been pooping? Does he have white stringy feces or is it a normal brown color. If he has white feces then it is a sign of bloat. If its a normal color then it's not bloat but probably an internal parasite. Make sure you keep up the water changes, once a week. I like to do at least 50%.
Should I put him in a hospital tank and treat him with like Epsom salt to name poop, or api general cure?
SO I was feeding them today and he came out to eat but spit the food out after eating it.Then I saw his poop, it looks like normal poop but it's white!!!
