update: he is back to the drift wood he normally hangs out at. but im still a little worried. i boosted aeration by putting another power head in my tank. hope that helps.
yes two baby p-bass where added recently. the p-bass are acting the same as the datnoid now. the angel fish is acting like there is nothing wrong with him. the pleco keeps going up to the surface and it looks like he is taking air so he can breathe. looks like he gulps in air then goes back up for some more air like every 3-5 minutes. this has never happend to me before....

and i didnt add any additives to lower or raise my ph.
at the moment the p-bass are going crazy. they lay on the ground looking like they are gasping for air and then for some odd reasons they go crazy and swim into the walls and ground.

YOu have a chemical problem in your water.
I would do water changes, as in go do a 50% change right now.
You verified your parameters were ok, but didn't give numbers. I will presume they were low.
If you are questioning your tap water souurce... go buy enough bottled water to do the change and call the water company.
Hand lotions, perfumes, just used a flea bomb in the house?
