Hello I am new to this and am in desperate need of help to save my koi water was checked this morning ammonia 15ppm nitrite 0ppm nitrates 30ppm so did a pwc he's been sitting at bottom of tank for a week now was using melafix and pimafix but no better results so I switched to api e.m. erythromycin and api general care today after the pwc is there anything further i can do ive had him 3 years and dont want to lose him now hes in 125 gallon tank treating all fish in display to be on safe side for all in tank

Was it in a pond prior? If so, outside pond? I’d be careful with the antibiotics. Try and get the water corrected. Would wait and watch.

He's just been getting worse water quality yesterday was better then today that's why I did the pwc just trying to get him back to himself asap

I suggest not feeding and get the Ammonia level to 0 ppm. What size aquarium is the Koi in?

125 gallon koi has been completely healthy no problems till about 10 days ago hes gettimg worae by the day otherwise I try to keep everything 0ppm

Otherwise he's laying at bottom not moving or doing much of anything tryed malfix and pimafix when first noticed signs but no improvement so started em erytoymcin and general cure today

What's the water temp? Koi do better in cooler water.

Mixing meds together can be lethal so don't add anymore. The Ammonia was probably what caused the Koi to become unhealthy.
