How big is this koi your talking about? I'd imagine if it's already 3 years old that he's got some size to him.

Water is always kept between 68 and 71 and never had a problem with ammonia it's always been kept at 0ppm for the longest time I know of ,also has been getting worse day by day and the water was perfectly fine when all started happening
He goes to lay on his side but he corrects himself so that he isn't, how long do meds and water changes take to work normallyThe Koi is still alive and not laying on it's side to me that's good. Only advice I can give is keep the water parameters stable.

Thank you so much for the helpTbh I don't won't to recommend anymore meds because I feel the water changes are safe for now. I can't give a definite time things will improve. I also tagged a very experienced member who breeds Koi and Goldfish species hopefully she chimes in.
Yeah I would say it's time fore an upgrade in tank size. 125 is just too small for a koi that big. Granted I would prioritize getting it all feeling well again first before upgrading.18 inches
