How much did you spend on it? If I don't get a used one how much should I suspect to spend on one? And it's not my choice which one I get, it's really up to my parents...

Thanks
Mike

P.S.- What did you put in it?

try and find some other options, your definitley not limited to just those three and there are many many colorful cichlids for sale right now. maybe a red devil or a jag?? (not sure how big they get) but if you want just one fish that will eat feeders and pellets and other stuff a devil will be good but cannot be kept with other fish because they are extremely aggressive

With a tank, stand, filters, canopy, lights, and some decor i spent just under $500............all that i have in it right now is a sengal bichir..............

What about a Red Terror... what tank would I need for a RT to be happy? Thanks

:grinno: lol, RT's get pretty large as well (16 in.). I would say a 75 would be minimum for one male. Probably no tankmates either.:(

Jags also get huge. 18 inches plus is not uncommon. I would try a pair of Texas cichlids in that 75, they are awesome fish.:headbang2

if you don't want just one fish in a 75 try a jd,con, and firemouth with some swordtails until the jd gets large enough to eat them. you might be able to a throw a blue acara in there too.
