as a newbie myself, aros can quickly get too much to handle...
I made my teeth on kois, gouramis and angels before being gifted an aro but besides basic tank maintenance there is nothing in common. A lot of times i'd just run here and there asking stupid questions just to be sure it's not a symptom of some disease....
The hardest thing as a beginner aro keeper imo? just accepting those darn things have an atitude, will injure itself and most of the time will heal right up by itself. a lot of time i had to say to myself "he's alright leave him alone"
