PLEASE HELP MY BIG TIGRINUS IS SICK!!!!!!

He has a spot on the tip of his snout.... Seems fine eats like a pig but this is my baby so i'm a little worried! He's in a 180 all by him self no gravel no decor. of any kind... Any advice would be sweet i have not done anything yet thanks for the help. I have some pic's although not very good let know thanks Jeff

looks ok to me.... there pattern does change as they grow.... ive seen marks on there faces before.... looks normal to me...

He's looking good to me. Could have spazzed out and hit the tank pretty hard. He has done that before.
