Just took a bunch of pictures, Uploading them as we speak, I was able to get some videos of how she is acting as well as one of me putting the feeding stick near her and her and her trying to swim away :-( I am not a religious man at all but I am praying to god I don't loose here. do you think the videos will help?

All the little white specs on her is sand, I put her in the 10 Gallon hospital tank just in case she needs any meds and cant have a filter with carbon in it. I am also posting the 3 videos I took too, Each one shows a different thing she is now doing. Poor Hope, It hurts me so much to see her like this

get more pics so i may examine them!! sorry to see you go through this pain! i hate seeing my animals in pain an suffering this looks to me like either a heater burn or a intake suction mark!! try medication and as suggested only small bits!!! keep offering small bits of food and see hows she pulls through if she is swimming normally and not floating or trouble swimming im happy to say say she has a bigger chnce of surviving if you just let her go and keep try feeding her..... 
Now she is just sitting on the bottom exactly like she is in the third picture down. When I bought him the guy at the shop told me to use aquarium salt, Do you think that could be what is causing all this?

Whay kind of medication would you suggest?
hmmmm id use melafix...... aquarium salt is good if you use it in the right dosages... it seems to be local just to the eye and small mark on the head which means it may mean it has gotten caught on something like a filter intake!! of a heater burn
Is she currently been transfered to a QT tank..??
If yes.. she probably wont eat.. U need to pray she eats soon..

I noticed her spine too, that's how I bought her, I asked the guy about it and he said it was normal. unfortunately though Hope passed away at 8:30 in my hand while i was feeding her pieces of earthworms. She was actually eating them off my finger and enjoying the heck out of them then all of a sudden she just passed. She was a very special pet to me with out getting into too much detail I picked her out and brought her home when I was in a deep deep depression. She was the first thing in months that made me smile and actually happy. The joy it brought me to hand feed her and when she would swim up the glass to greet me was indescribable for someone in my situation. When I woke up this morning and saw her health failing and her start to suffer it totally destroyed me then to be able to pick her up and have her starting to eat again just to have her pass away in my hand was one of the worst feelings in the world! I'm never buying a pet on an occasion ever again

Sorry for the loss, I hope someone can figure out what happened. I was thinking heater burn too, but I have no experience with rays.
