Rubbermaid 300, bulkhead that comes with it wont stop leaking. 3 tries. And this is old news about these things.

I want to put a bulkhead in there, but heres the problem. I have 2.75" between those verticals pieces, and the existing hole is 2-1/8" so nothing is going to fit/that well.

Any ideas? Im ready to fill it, but i cant continue without fixing the leak...

Hmmm inside or outside? I have limited space to silicone it because of those vertical pieces. So if i did it would have to be around the but on the outside. And putting something between the washer and the tank wall is a bad idea haha.

Trying a bigger better bulkhead from home depot. Couldnt do a sch80 because no sizes were even close to the existing hole. It was 2-1/8 and thats the exact size the threads are on this 1-1/4" epdm from home depot. If this leaks, i quit.

Think i would cut notches on either side and sand flush to accommodate the plate.
