Maybe because you raised the temp to 84 there is less oxygen in the water and they are not taking to that very well. Maybe lower the temp back down slowly or add a bubble bar or something like that.

I think the EBJD might have a dislocated jaw, because only the left side gill is opening wide, and it cannot close it's mouth. If it is dislocated how can this be fixed?
As per this web site http://www.dataguru.org/misc/aquarium/AmmoniaTox.html#ammonia.25ppm the ammonia in my tank is supposedly not toxic. If this is true should I still do the big water changes, or would they just stress the fish more? My ph again is 6.4 with a temp of 82.
Make the ammonia reading from your tank = 0ppm by doing 50% w/c's each day till you get readings like i already said!!!
Lower the tempature gradually till its around 26-27 celsius and add the extra air stones if you can! What looks like a dislocated jaw might in fact be just hard breathing by the EBJD because of the poor water conditions or lack of oxygen in the water!
