I have used Malachite Green in my planted tank and never had problems but that is because I used it according to instructions. Correct dosage that is rather than overdosing. Overdosing can be fatal.As for the treatments, that page does not mention plants & should the Malachite Green only be used in dip/baths rather than treating the entire tank??
